Part of last week’s birthday present from Will included another of his carefully crafted mixes–actually, I didn’t get it until Friday, because he had to keep tweaking it. He was so pleased with the result he decided to make a bunch of copies to distribute as holiday cards/stocking stuffers to his friends. Among the 20 wonderful songs was “I’ll Remember You,” by 1960s Hawaiian crooner Kui Lee. The song is quite beautiful, in a first-dance-at-the-wedding way, and sad, when you realize he died (of cancer, at 34) very shortly after it was recorded. Light a candle and follow the link below:
